Tropical Clouds test by furbawl
As the sign says, it's only a test movie. And for stuff that's a li'l longer in length, please visit "furbawl's flog" at http://furbawl.com; furbawl@furbawlfans.com; http://furbawlfans.com/index2.html (fan site I'm involved with); and then there's the Official Facebook Furbawl Fan Club (become a fan, totally optional).

Lol. I like how everyone asks you "how do you do it?". It's not that hard to figure out... :P
Thanks alot yesterday I bought my pogo stylus yei!!!
And thanks for the tips ....lol
I may be repeating myself, but here we (again... maybe):
1) get a POGO stylus - the more accuracy you have, the better...
2) you'll be creating everything on frame 1, no need to make more (for now)...
3) create 3 extra layers for the sign, the foreground cloud, and the background cloud. Reserve the last layer for the gradientish sky...
4) draw the sign first as it won't be animated...
5) on the sky layers on frame 1, draw the clouds as they'd be seen on the final frame... essentially, this movie will be made in reverse...
6) now duplicate frame 1 about twenty-three times...
7) working backwards from the second last frame, move ever-so-slightly the background cloud layer first - we want this background cloud to move slower than the foreground cloud... keep doing that until you reach frame 1
8) go back to the second last frame and do the same to the foreground cloud layer, only moving slightly more than the background cloud...
...and that, boys and girls, is how we do that :)
